What is the best weather for taking photos? Each.
I believe there is no such thing as bad weather for taking pictures. The photographer is only incorrectly prepared for the weather conditions. The truth is that I love every season. I love winter, with its pure, minimalistic, white snow that can clear pictures from many redundant subjects. Both winter and autumn is the best period to take photos of birds. These animals living in urban cityscapes are often frivolously sitting on leafless branches of trees. I believe that is the best moment to photograph them because they are most visible on leafless branches. Another advantage of winter is the relatively empty streets.
Moreover, I love taking pictures during the spring. It is the moment when most of the plants that surround people are blossoming.
Symbolically, I feel that I am also reborn every spring. The wake up of plants and animals during spring makes most people feel woken up from the winter dream. Hot summer days are when I have the smallest desire to walk through the streets of Warsaw. Is that mean that during summer, I have a break from taking pictures? No. It means that I have to wear a cap, take a bottle of water with me. I’m not too fond of hot, burning sun, but our star does not prevent me from taking walks during the hot summer.
Do I like autumn? Yes, I do love this season. Even if my pictures are black-and-white magic, I still love the colors of autumn. Moreover, after the hot summer, I love autumn’s chilling, fresh, rainy weather. Even if it’s raining, I cannot imagine days without walking in the autumn scenery. The best weather to take photographs is each weather. It is only up to you, my Dear Friend, which clothes do you choose for each specific season. I always do my best to feel comfortable with what I wear.
