What becomes a part of everything but is always itself?

It is water that becomes a part of everything but is always itself.

Every living creature contains water. It circles throughout the air, land, oceans, seas, rivers, and lakes. There is no life without water. That’s why I drink a lot of water. I praised Cristiano Ronaldo, who hid a bottle of Coke during the Euro 2020/2021 tournament, put water instead, and said, “Drink water.” Undoubtedly, he made an excellent advertisement for an underrated, eternal drink. Without water, we could not breathe. Our cells are full of water, and even spaces between are water. That’s why it becomes a part of everything and is always itself. Water is placed even beneath Earth’s surfaces. It is a kind of lubricant for tectonic movements. Water is the crucial factor in every process that occurs not only in living organisms but also everywhere, from the deep ground, through the oceans and lands, up to the highest nooks of Earth’s atmosphere.

That’s why I drink only water and coffee. Ok, occasionally, I drink also broth and tea.

I gave up drinking beer, soda, and other sweet, shitty things. I encourage you, my Dear Friend, to drink only water but also coffee. You do not need as many other shitty drinks or even food to become healthier. If you have doubts, better read Dr. Jason Fung’s book, “The Complete Guide to Fasting: Heal Your Body Through Intermittent, Alternate-Day, and Extended Fasting.” Remember, less is more. Do not neglect drinking fresh, cold water. Do not seek substitutes for water in food or other sugary drinks. Regular drinking water is the best thing you can do for yourself. Water is you, me, all of us, and the whole world is water. Scientists seek life on Mars, mainly by searching for water. It is not an accident. They know what they do.
