I read in some books and on many internet websites that it is better to shower in the morning. I would like precise this information. For me, the best moment to take a cold shower is after sleeping. It does not matter, for me, whether it is morning and I just woke up straight after a 7-hour long sleep, or it is afternoon, and I just finished a 20 minutes nap. A rested and relaxed body much better forbears coldness. The truth is that I rarely take cold showers in the morning. I do it in the evenings. Still, I avoid taking cold showers before sleeping. Why? Because freezing cold showers reawaken body, mind, and soul. I adjust the time of taking a freezing cold shower to my lifestyle. A similar issue happened with intermittent fasting.
I decided to eat only between 7 p.m. and 12 p.m. For me, it is the best moment when I can stay at home and enjoy eating with my beloved Kamilka or my lovely Parents.
I do not take cold showers in the morning because I usually hurry to my office. I take cold showers usually after my work. By writing all these things, I want to encourage you, my Dear Friend, to adjust such things as intermittent fasting or taking freezing cold showers to your lifestyle and your daily rhythm. All these things must serve us and help us. Do not sacrifice your time or well-being for something. Adjust everything you can to yourself. I know that we cannot adjust everything to ourselves. We do not have an influence on everything that is happening around us. Still, such things as eating and washing, undoubtedly, you can adjust to your way of living.
