I wrote this text in the middle of using overtime hours on the 15th of February, 2022. During this day, I asked myself: „Where is winter?”
I asked myself the titled question because, during the last few days, I was walking in temperatures between 4 to 7 degrees Celsius ( from 39,2 to 44,6 degrees Fahrenheit). I must state that I felt a little bit disappointed. Why? Because I hoped that there would be frigid temperatures while using my overtime hours. Luckily, I will leave the office earlier (at 1 p.m.) until the 24th of February, 2022. That’s why I hope the proper winter is still ahead of me. The truth is that, in Poland, frigid temperatures can appear in April and even in May. I do not have to mention why I am missing cold temperatures. I want to expose my body to coldness as many times as possible.
The more I do it, the more addicted to it I become.
How happy I am that I can take cold showers 365 days per year. The more I expose my body to cold, the more I realize that people should have access to cold water to survive, be healthy, and have good well-being. Both drinking and washing with cold water should be enough to be healthy. I have no doubts that, nowadays, people have forgotten about tremendous cold water’s properties. Thanks to cold water, I do not have to ask myself, „Where is winter?” The truth is that I can have winter any time in my bathroom. Undoubtedly, taking cold showers is something I recommend to start doing today, right here and right now. How happy I am that I can mix my passions by:
– doing street photography;
– exposing my body to cold;
– advertising my website by walking in the www.adammazek.com t-shirt.
