While doing street photography, I am on the move.

Undoubtedly, doing street photography is one of the aims of my existence.

Static-taking photos are not for me. Some photographers prefer to work in the studio or stand on the street and take pictures of architecture. Moreover, there are street photographers who find a suitable frame to shoot, and they wait until someone appears in their viewfinder. When it happens, they call it a decisive moment and take photographs. I believe that all ways of doing photography are proper. It is only up to the individual what they do prefer. My way of doing street photography is being on the move. I wrote this text on the 10th of April, 2022. During that day, I was walking in quite a cold temperature.

It was 7 degrees Celsius (44,6 degrees Fahrenheit). I wore summer clothes (including the www.adammazek.com t-shirt, shorts, and sneakers). I did not wear a winter cap and gloves. The weather was windy. The wind was blowing into my body for two hours. While doing street photography, I realized that I needed to be on the move to not get cold.

In general, I always aim to do a minimum of ten thousand footsteps.

I do not always accomplish this aim, but I usually do. Cold temperatures increase the pace of my walking. That’s why I decided to write about being on the move while practicing street photography. For me, to walk is to live. I do not want to stand in one place and wait for an incredible shot. I walk and contemplate many issues. It is a moment when I usually do not think about photography.
Moreover, while rocking in clouds, proper frames to photograph usually appear before my eyes practically unconsciously. I stop, take the photo and go further. I am on the move almost all the time while taking pictures on Warsaw’s streets, and I am delighted with that.
