I will try to explain why my photographs are unique in today’s post (I wrote it on the 8th of September, 2024).
I will start by saying that my photos are unique and on the same level as yours, my Dear Friend. Why? It is because 95 percent of the Universe is invisible. What is the significant component of the Universe? The popular cosmos model states that 70 percent of our world consists of dark energy, 25 percent is dark matter, and the visible part, normal matter, is only 5 percent of our Universe. It’s a mind-boggling concept, isn’t it? I cannot imagine how wise minds calculated all these things. Still, I do believe in these calculations. After all, aren’t we spirits in the material world? Aren’t we ghosts? How do we explain the nothingness of atoms? Perhaps the human soul resides in atoms.
Of course, I am rocking in the cloud in today’s text.
Still, I believe most people do not appreciate and cherish the mundane world surrounding them. Undoubtedly, street photography helps me to do it. I’ve been doing it for almost nine years (I started in October 2015) and still feel it is only the beginning of my photographic journey. Even if nothingness and emptiness await all of us after our death, it does not mean we should stop seeking the universal truth about our world (e.g., how the first cell’s [its name is LUCA – Last Universal Common Ancestor] step from nonlife to life was taken about 3.8 billion years ago, when life on our planet appeared) or simply enjoying moments of the present moment.
Again, street photography helped me appreciate the present. While walking, I often switch off my mind and simply enjoy the current moment, without any expectations towards the future, without planning it, and without any grief and regret regarding the past. I am here now, and it is the most beautiful moment of my life. Then, suddenly, a marvelous view appears before my eyes, and I take a subsequent unique picture.
