The truth is that I won’t give up doing street photography, not only because I love doing it.
I won’t give up doing street photography because I love to walk. For me, walking is one of the most underrated activities. Nowadays, most people dream of driving a fancy car. I am an exception. I do not dream about it. What I desire is to have proper health that would allow me to do street photography for the next hundred years. I wrote this text on the 25 of July 2022. If I lived for another one hundred years, I would die being one hundred and thirty-seven years old.
I do not think it is possible, but I do not care at all. I plan to live with my beloved Kamilka as long as possible in good health and well-being state to be able to create many things. It’s been almost seven years since I started regularly doing street photography and five years since I began managing the www.adammazek.com blog. Throughout all these years, I felt it was the beginning of my artistic journey.
The day when I wrote this text was no exception in this case.
I still feel a childish joy while taking pictures on Warsaw’s streets, writing texts, or preparing subsequent „Diaries’” editions. That’s why I know I won’t give up doing street photography. I know there can be some periods in my life when I will do it less frequently. Still, I know that I will always strive to take a walk. If I take a walk, why would I not do street photography? The truth is that I always see something worthwhile to photograph. Even if I walk for the thousandth time on the same path, I see that each day is different and there will always be something interesting to photograph. I hope I have provided an answer to the entitled question. Speaking shortly: I will do street photography as long as I can walk.
