Without fun, there is no street photography.

I believe that not only for me but for millions of other street photographers, there is no street photography without fun.

I wrote this text on the 19th of May, 2022. While walking through Warsaw’s streets one day earlier, I remember that a state of euphoria appeared in my mind. I imagined myself as a person who plays a video game and that everything that was happening around me was a game. One of the main aims of this computer game was to make/collect as many great photographs as possible. I do not have to mention that I collected and increased all possible points and stats in my game. Speaking shortly: I was having fun. Then, I realized I was strolling along the same Warsaw streets for the umpteenth number of times in the last years. Sometimes I cannot believe that it still did not bore me. Still, the truth is that my enjoyment is probably only increasing.

I cannot imagine living without walking. Moreover, I cannot imagine not taking pictures while wandering.

Thus, I believe I will be doing street photography until the end of my life. I wrote many times that I cannot imagine living without walking. As long as I can wander, I will take pictures on Warsaw’s streets in the most mundane places people can imagine. I always have fun with it. Without childish excitement, I would not do it. The truth is that walking is also beneficial for my health. After sitting for eight hours in the office, all I want is to take a walk to stretch my legs and back.

As you see, my Dear Friend, strolling and doing street photography improves my broadly defined well-being. I honestly encourage you to find your own way to help yourself and improve your welfare and well-being. Walking, taking pictures on the streets, doing intermittent fasting, and exposing one’s body to cold are pieces of advice I can give you today.
