I believe that we should focus on everything that we already possess and not worry about things we do not have.
People tend to think about the things that they do not have. Moreover, we are likely to analyze and worry about happenings that do not exist, or that can occur (but not necessarily have to appear) in the future. I am not an exception. I also tend to concern about many things that do not exist. When I start to think about something that does not exist (e.g., worrying about the fatal disease), I always blame myself for doing this. I believe that life is too short to worry all the time. The fact is that when I start to worry in advance for something, I try to think that someday, sooner or later, I will die.
Death is the only thing that I am 100% sure of.
Sooner or later, we all will die. Thus, is there any sense to worry about things that can occur, but not necessarily have to? I do not think so. I believe that it is much better to live, focusing on everything that we already have (e.g., a loving family, health, etc.). There is no use in worrying about things in advance. If you predict some troubles in the future, try to prepare for them as much as possible. I am convinced that it is impossible to arrange for everything that can occur in our lives (e.g., our beloved ones’ death).
Still, some troubles we can predict and try to do many things so that these troubles will not hurt us as much as they can. Is that mean that we should worry about it all the time? No. Better focus on your beloved ones on everything that already surrounds you. Your life will be naturally better.
