Today’s post (I wrote it on the 28th of March, 2025) was written after eating pizza.
I have written many times that I have been intermittently fasting since Christmas 2020. Since that day, I have generally not eaten anything earlier than 7 p.m. and have avoided processed food. Still, sometimes I eat some shitty, processed food. Today, my beloved Kamilka and I ate pizza. Later on, I decided to write a text. It was not the first time I had written something after eating fast food. It was not the first time I noticed that it is not a coincidence that after eating shitty food, the efficiency of writing a text decreases. That’s the way it is.
Each time after eating pizza, hamburger, etc. I have a foggy mind.
Laziness slowly overtakes my body. My mind is becoming increasingly sluggish. It is not the case that I have been working for ten hours earlier and rucking after my office job by taking 9k steps. I was tired then. Still, after eating pizza, the level of energy decreases rapidly. I still want to write something, but I feel my mental powers are suddenly exhausted after eating processed food. After eating such a meal, I have worse problems with concentration. Earlier during the day, I was working hard not only mentally while in the office, but also physically while walking and rucking.
Nevertheless, eating processed food at the end of the day, before writing, increases the risk of the fact I won’t write anything. Do I plan to change something? In general, no, because we rarely eat fast foods, with pizza at the forefront. What I want to tell you today is that eating shitty processed food, undoubtedly, won’t help you achieve anything, my Dear Friend. Still, we are all only humans. I will finish this writing before going to sleep.
