By managing the www.adammazek.com website, I want the entire world to hear my thoughts.

I reject mindless consumerism.

I did not know what to write. Thus, I decided to write about what’s new in January 2022.

While doing street photography on the 9th of January, 2022, I received spontaneous applause.

Since I started to walk in summer clothes in frigid temperatures, I began to sing „Hello coldness, my Old Friend.”

Today, I want to encourage you, my Dear Friend, to stress your body, mind, and soul, but only in a controlled way.

I have no doubts that we live in the era of the light. What does it mean?

I have another conclusion regarding walking in summer clothes in minus temperatures among dark woods.

For me, each exposing body to coldness is a mini-katharsis. What does it mean?
