Today, I will write some thoughts on inspirations.

The older I get, the more I realize that we must lose to win.

Today (I wrote this text on the 8th of November, 2025), at the beginning of walking, doing street photography, and rucking, I told myself, “Enjoy discomfort.”

While walking and doing street photography, I do not think that my pictures will become historical and documentary pictures someday, in the future.

Sometimes, there are moments in my life when I think I control everything, literally every aspect of my life. Then, suddenly, I wake up.

In old age, I would like to look at my childhood photo and say to myself that everything was and is fine, even though it was damn hard. 

I think that’s true wisdom in life. Living in the present, being mindful of the here and now, is the key to finding joy in everyday life.

Some memories seem as distant as stars.

Does writing to the imaginary “my Dear Friend” mean writing to myself? I believe so.

Is pain my main driver to live?

There is no straightforward explanation for how I write my texts, my Dear Friend.

I decided to write this text so that if someone searches for “Street Photography Warsaw” on Google, they will find my website. Let’s see if this magic happens!

Sometimes I imagine Warsaw as warfare and that I am a soldier with a heavy backpack holding a gun in my hand (instead of a camera).
