If you are looking for adrenaline in your life, start seeking in your bathroom.
Rule number one: do not seek adrenaline in a toilet bowl. Undoubtedly, thanks to taking freezing cold showers, you will find adrenaline and a euphoric state of mind in your body. I know that I am starting to be boring by writing about bio hacks, including intermittent fasting, taking freezing showers, or walking in a t-shirt in cold temperatures. Still, I hope to inspire you, my Dear Friend, to do the same. Why? Because it will improve your health and broadly defined well-being.

I heard many times that adrenaline buzzing in one’s blood is addictive. I must agree. Indeed, taking freezing cold showers is addictive. I would say that I cannot imagine one day without taking a shower during my whole previous life. Today (I wrote this text on the 24th of September, 2021), I want to add that I cannot imagine one single future day without taking a cold shower. I do not doubt that cold can be our friend.
Still, I treat my journey with coldness with respect.
Since I started regularly taking cold showers (April 2021), I did it slowly, without a hurry. I knew that it is easy to get ill by exposure to cold. Undoubtedly, a slow pace and consequence were the critical issues regarding getting used to my body to coldness. I have no doubt that adrenaline is buzzing in my blood every time I expose myself to cold.
