Blogging.

Why did I still not give up blogging? How is it possible that the more I publish, the more excited I feel?

For most of my life, I did not expect that I would become an active blogger. It was Eric Kim’s content that encouraged me to launch the www.adammazek.com website. I wrote the first text for my web page in May 2017. Later on, that is in September 2017, my blog started to be online. But how is it possible that after almost four years of blogging (I wrote this text on the 29th of July, 2021), I did not give up, and this activity brings me more and more fun? It is because I prepare high-quality content (including texts and photographs). I imagine that one hundred years after my death, Taschen publishing house will make a compilation from all my posts. They will publish a book about my creative activity.

How do I know that I create high-quality content?

It is because I do not copy texts from books or other websites. What I write goes straight out of my mind. It does not mean that I do not take inspiration from books. Indeed, many incentives I received from, among others, Taschen books. Still, I do not copy their texts. I always try to transform, discuss or argue with other peoples’ thoughts published in the paper. I do not doubt that „Diaries” will become a milestone, Opus Magnum and fundament to create future books about me. They will be a starting point to create subsequent editions of my biographies. By thinking about all these things, I have more and more joy from taking photos, writing texts, and blogging.

I believe that future generations will read my thoughts with the same curiosity as I read da Vinci’s, Dostoyevsky’s, Dali’s, Kubrick’s, Lem’s, or Beksinski’s insights about many aspects of art, culture, and life. Thus, I do not care how many people read, watch, and analyze my blog today. The same issue is with Instagram’s followers. I have no doubts that posterity will judge my works fairly.
