This post will not tell about getting out of one’s comfort zone. I want to stress that we all can’t get out of the bubble named Universe.
Undoubtedly, this post will be somehow paranoiac and science-fictional. Still, sometimes I wonder if the Universe is not rather hostile, cold, unpleasant space that we are trapped in. This cosmos does not offer any salvation, but pain, condemnation, and death. Last time I read in a marvelous Thames & Hudson’s book, named „What shape is space?: A primer for the 21st century,” that based on current evidence, the outer barrier of our observable Universe is retreating from us at an accelerating rate. Thus, we can’t get out of the bubble named the Universe because we cannot reach its outer barrier. Even traveling with the speed of light could not help us in this case.
Of course, I was aware that people will never accomplish a similar task because we even cannot reach other planets, like Mars, not to mention other galaxies.
Still, the impossibility of getting away somehow from the bubble, named cosmos, seems to me a little bit paranoiac and claustrophobic. Luckily, there is a chance that our Universe is not only one, but there are also Infinite numbers of parallel worlds. It is called a multiverse. Hypothetically, a multiverse is a group of universes. There is a theory that there is an Infinite number of parallel universes. The development of our science cannot deny that the multiverse really exists. In this case, someone would leave a door open for us to escape this world. It may be possible to get out of the bubble somehow. Maybe the Universe is not hostile as it seems. Why? Because they are waiting for us in other universes, and on one of them, there is a paradise waiting for us?
On the other hand, if you are a bad person, maybe hell is waiting for you in the alternate cosmos?
Do not treat this text seriously, my Dear Friend. I am just dreaming aloud, and I try not to censure myself. Science fiction is something I genuinely love. The truth is that I am glad that we will never answer the question if we can get out of the bubble named Universe.
