I wrote this text on the 4th of March, 2026. It was a day when I realized that days become longer.
How did I spot it? After all, I was working over 10 hours in the office. Luckily, the office where I work has many windows. Thus, it was easy to spot that the sunshine was in Warsaw even at 5 p.m. Even though I have many things to do in my office work, I hope to finish work tomorrow at 4 p.m. If I manage to do it, I hope to take some pictures on Warsaw’s streets. Doing street photography is like a breath of fresh air for me. I cannot imagine living without it. I mean… OK. I can imagine life without street photography, but I do not see any reason to stop doing it. If I stopped doing it, my soul would die partially.
What if I won’t manage to finish tomorrow at 4 p.m. and won’t take photos on Warsaw’s streets?
Nothing. I will tell myself that life goes on. Sooner or later, I will have another chance to go out during the day and photograph whatever will attract my eye. I love March not only because I was born on the 29th of March, 1985. I love March because it is the month when daylight saving time returns. Of course, in March, days are becoming longer, and today, due to sunny weather, it was very visible. How happy I am that I will have another six months of taking photos after my work in the office. I love this period. I love this perspective. I hope my leg will recover fully within the next few weeks (I still feel a little bit of the injury I got in the middle of January 2026). Spring, I am waiting for you! I am coming! Oh, wait. Sorry, you are coming!
