Please, my Dear Friend, do not believe what I write.
Test everything I write on yourself. What was good for me does not have to be necessarily good for you. Inquire and doubt me. Verify all things I wrote here on www.adammazek.com. Each of us is different. It’s cliche, but it’s true. Do not become my follower or imitator. Remain yourself, develop, read, and learn, but do not blindly follow everything you read online. I have no doubts that such things as being creative, doing intermittent fasting, and exposing the body to cold are activities that will benefit most people.
Still, some scenarios in one’s life are hard to predict, where some activities mentioned above won’t suit someone. It is not the case I write bullshit. I believe in myself, and I think I do not write nonsense. Still, I write what worked for me. I am not a prophet. Thus, I cannot guarantee that my solutions will solve your problems.
I want to inspire you, my Dear Friend, to seek the truth by yourself and for yourself.
Please, remember that I do not know the truth. I do not know the answers to all existential questions. Still, I want to devote my life to seek for the universal truth, even if something like this merely does not exist. Choose your way of searching. One of my ways is doing street photography, writing texts, and managing the www.adammazek.com blog. I have no doubts that there can be endlessly many ways to develop and search for the truth. That’s why I want to reject everything you read on my blog and start searching for answers yourself in the best possible ways to suit you. Do not stop asking questions, whether you ask yourself or others. Reject authorities, do not believe what I write. Doubt everything. Do not follow others blindly, and do not imitate others. Be yourself and remain yourself until your final end.
