Before he said it, he hid Coca-Cola bottles. I do not have to mention that Coca-Cola was a primary sponsor of the sporting event. Even if one person, whether an adult or a child, will take a famous Portuguese football player’s words to heart, it will already be a tremendous Cristiano Ronaldo’s success to change someone’s life into a positive aspect. The truth is that I do not drink Coca-Cola for quite a long time. I wrote this post on the 20 of June 2021.

No. I hope that I will never drink this sugar drink again. I do not want to drink also beer, wine, Pepsi-Cola, Red Bull, and other fuzzy, sugar drinks. I already wrote that sweets are evil. Today I would add that, in total, sugar is terrible. Coca-Cola contains a lot of sugar. Like Cristiano Ronaldo, I would recommend to you, my Dear Friend, to drink water.
The truth is that since I started doing intermittent fasting (December 2020), I have drunk only water and coffee.
Ok, twice a month also I drink tea in Brok when I am in my beloved parents’ house. Without water, there would be no life on Earth. We would not exist without aqua. Water is life. How much water do I drink? When I wake up, I usually drink 4-5 glasses of water. Before going to work, I drink another 2-3. In my office work, I typically drink one 1,5 liter of water. Like you see, my Dear Friend, usually during the first half of a day, I drink much more than a minimal amount. When I realize that I take a freezing shower, I must state that we should drink water and use it wisely.
