Today I will write about one of the most tremendous things regarding drinking water.
The longer I use the intermittent and take freezing cold showers, the more I feel that I have contact with my body and mind. I wrote this post on the 5th of August, 2021. It’s been more than 7 months when I eat only between 7 p.m. and 12 p.m. During this period, I increased the amount of water that I drank.
There are many days when I drink 6-7 cups of water before my office job (~1,75 liters in the morning), ~2 liters during my office job, and ~1,5 liters during the evening). In total, it gives ~5 liters (~1,3 gallons) of drunk water per day. Of course, it does not happen every day, but I do not drink less than ~4 liters (~1 gallon). Isn’t it too much? I do not think so. I feel that my organism merely wants to receive such an amount of water. If I did not feel this need, I would not drink as much.
So what are these tremendous things regarding drinking water that I mentioned at the beginning of this text?
When I get up early in the morning (~6.30 a.m.) and when I want to sleep more, after drinking water, the feeling of being sleepy miraculously disappears. Indeed, I was feeling similar things throughout my whole life, but this impression only intensified while being on intermittent fasting. I already wrote that pouring freezing cold water on head and face evokes dreams. Today, I want to stress the magnificent advantage of drinking water. It is no coincidence that Cristiano Ronaldo also encouraged other people to drink water during EURO 2020/2021 tournament. Do not listen to me, my Dear Friend. Better listen mentioned above genius footballer or Wim Hof, regarding taking cold showers.
