Dry fasting, part II

I started writing the “Dry fasting, part II” on the 8th of July, 2024, at 11 p.m. Why did I write about that hour?

It is because, at this point, I could speak aloud that I had been dry fasting for 26 hours. What does it mean? It means I haven’t eaten or drunk a drop of water during that time. How do I feel? I feel good, considering that I worked for eight hours, and after work, I took 11k steps while doing street photography during my period of dry fast. Am I thirsty? Yes and no. Yes, because I would drink a cup of water. No, because I do not feel any physical pressure to do it. I imagined not drinking water for a few hours would be a nightmare.

It’s important to note that dry fasting, especially for extended periods, can be risky and should be cautiously approached.

It’s crucial to listen to your body and break the fast if you experience any severe discomfort or health issues. Now, I know the human organism is much more complex and powerful than I’ve ever thought. How long do I plan to prolong this dry fasting experiment? I do not know it. Perhaps I will drink water during the night or after waking up. Or, in general, I planned to eat something on the 9th of July, 2024, but not earlier than 7 p.m.

Who knows, perhaps I will break my dry fast at 7 p.m. by drinking a glass of water?

The only thing I know is that I should slowly adapt my organism to eating and drinking. I will start with a glass of water. Then, after 20-30 minutes, I will have another glass of water. Then, I plan to eat a few peanuts. Only after all these things will I start eating and drinking as I usually do during my eating windows. Undoubtedly, at the end of eating, I will eat my vitamins – eggs. In general, I plan to eat at least four eggs during the days when I eat, but after breaking a dry fast, I think I will eat two eggs. I do not want to shock my organism with large amounts of liquids and food after quite a long period of dry fasting. It is enough writing regarding “Dry fasting, part II.”
