Because I write a lot of content, I know I have a duty as a chronicler.
Today (I wrote this post on the 14th of November, 2021), I want to stress that I broke a new personal record regarding walking in a www.adammazek.com t-shirt, sneakers, shorts, winter cap, and gloves in cold temperatures. At what temperature I was strolling? It was 5 degrees Celsius (41 degrees Fahrenheit). Due to a duty of a chronicler, I must state that I was wandering in lower temperatures in a t-shirt only, but I had warm boots and jeans. Did I get cold while walking on the 14th of November, 2021? Luckily, no. The truth is that since I walk in a t-shirt in freezing temperatures, I never get frozen. I have no doubt that it is thanks to taking cold showers I improve my immunity to coldness.
It is a perfect moment to say “Thank you.” to my beloved Kamilka, who introduced me to Wim Hof’s method.
Thanks to his method, I regularly expose my body to coldness, and I feel much more robust than before. How happy I am that I managed to do intermittent fasting and take freezing showers. I feel younger, more potent, fresher. I have more abilities to focus, write, walk, and create, my mind is sharpened, and I have less fat and more energy and muscles. If you want to improve your general health, my Dear Friend, from a chronicler’s duty, I want to recommend starting intermittent fasting and taking cold showers. It cannot guarantee anything, but I think it can help you much and improve your well-being. The more I do it, the more frequently a euphoric state of mind appears in my body, heart, and soul. It is a moment when I remember that I am still alive and that I have much to do for humanity by creating.
