Today, I will write a little bit about my education. Am I not angry that instead of going to art school, I went towards broadly understood finances?
First of all, after finishing High School, I went to Warsaw to study Tourism. The only, but enormous, advantage of going to this school was the fact that I met a superb people. It is an excellent occasion to say to them, “Thanks!” for all the years spent together. It was an honor to spend time with you! Then, after finishing my Bachelor studies connected with Tourism, I started to study economics. During these studies, I began to work in the accounting department. I am working in this department today.
Back to the question asked at the beginning of this post. Generally, for a long time in my life, I didn’t know who I would like to be and what to do.
Finance/accounting appeared in my life because, at some point, I realized that since I don’t know what I would like to do in my life, maybe it would be worth going somewhere where there will be employment? Accountancy seemed to be a good option. After ten years of work in accounting, I feel that I could not choose a better option. Moreover, after 5 years of work in accounting, in 2015, my adventure with photography gained momentum. I started photographing regularly. My passion does not fade. I think it’s a good deal if the artist has a job that doesn’t affect his artistic activities.
Financial stability is essential, but creative independence is even more critical.
Let’s back to my education. I want to stress that after finishing my Master’s degree with economics, later in, I studied accountancy (between 2011 and 2012). Then, between 2016 and 2018, I joined the photography classes. I want to say “Thank you” to all my teachers and peers I have met. Learning with you was pure joy!
