Episode.

It is said that man is just an episode in the life of objects, works of art.

We can only imagine how many people throughout centuries were taking care of and admiring such paintings as Leonardo da Vinci’s “Mona Lisa” or Hieronymus Bosch’s “The Garden of Earthly Delights.”

Following this way of thinking, sometimes I wonder if my life will be an episode on my website’s existence. The fact is that I have bought a domain for the next 9 years. Moreover, I intend to run my website for the rest of my life. What will happen after I die? I do not know. Generally, I plan to live at least 100 years. I know that is is wishful thinking and that I am rocking in the clouds, but that’s my goal, to live as long as possible. I hope that my website will live with me until the end of my days.

The fact is that taking photographs, writing texts, preparing new editions of “Diaries,” and managing this website provide me a lot of entertainment.

What will happen to my website later, after my death? I have no idea. The fact is that I do hope that someone will take care of it. Who knows, maybe it will be transformed into a kind of virtual museum of my artistic activity? Perhaps a foundation of my name will be created to support young artists, and the website www.adammazek.com will be the foundation’s website? Or maybe my site will absorb the abyss of time and disappear from virtual reality like dinosaurs have gone from our earth? If yes, without a doubt, cyber-archeologists will have much to do during my website’s restoration, hundreds of years after my death. I do not know the future. Thus, I have no idea what my website will look like for one hundred years. As usual, I rock in the clouds, but I love doing it.
