Today (I wrote this text on the 18th of October, 2025), I will write some thoughts regarding people’s expectations regarding life.
I get the impression that most people still expect something from life. But what if they have already received everything, and nothing more significant will appear in their lives? What if better times do not come, and the best years of their lives are long gone? Practically every time I ask such questions to myself, an obvious answer appears. I do not know the future. I do not know what it brings. Thus, perhaps I already had my prime time in the past. Still, when I recall, I do not know the future, I think it is simply better to assume that something significant will yet appear in my life.
If you have similar doubts, my Dear Friend, I think it is always better to remind ourselves that we do not know what the future holds and that perhaps our prime time will appear in the future.
It would be an absolute nightmare knowing that nothing better will happen to us in the future. Luckily, contrary to the unreachable past, the future has unlimited possibilities and scenarios. We do not know which one will happen. I believe that even if we are in the worst crises in our lives, no matter how hard it would be, we should never forget that after the storm, the sun should reappear in the sky. Believe not only in yourself, my Dear Friend, but also in your future. I know I wrote many times that we should be focused on here and now. Still, if the reality is too heavy to endure, we should remember there is always hope and a solution, and that we always have a choice to change something in our lives. I am finishing writing the text about people’s expectations.
