I am not a keen supporter of going to the opposite for the sake of doing it. Still, I know I will go the opposite until my death regarding eating and warmness.
If everyone around you drinks soda or beer, drink water. Moreover, when you see that all humans surrounding you eat sweets and cakes – do not do it. When you see someone eating every three hours – go the opposite. If everyone around you takes a warm bath, take cold showers. I mentioned a hundred times that cold temperatures significantly influence one’s body, mind, and soul. If other people tell you that you are not an artist, tell them we can all be artists. It is only up to us how we use our superpowers to create something out of nothing. I believe that we should trust our intuition. In most cases, our instinct is correct.
If most people try to convince you of something, but your intuition tells you that it is you, who has the right, I recommend following your intuition.
I am not a rebel. I rarely went opposite for the sake of being opposite. Today I want to stress that people around you can be merely wrong on many issues. Global food companies and pharmacist companies want to tell us that the more frequently we eat, the more our health and well-being improve. That’s not true. Definitely, I go the opposite regarding eating. Start doing intermittent fasting for your own health and well-being. You won’t regret it. Humans’ bodies do not have to constantly add food to the stomach and digest it. We can do it, for example, once per 24 hours.
Moreover, I know that most people would say that taking hot baths is relaxing. I confirm it. After all, I had been doing it for many years. I experienced it. Now I go the opposite. I take only freezing showers, knowing I will be doing it until my death. Think twice, my Dear Friend, before you follow the advice of other humans.
Regarding my advice, reject and forget about them—experience yourself; what would be the best for you. Trust your guts, my Dear Friend.
