For me, there are two definitive ways to boost your energy:
- Exposing the body to cold (e.g., by taking cold showers or walking in summer clothes in frigid temperatures);
- Doing intermittent fasting (the less frequently you eat, the more energy you will have).
The two steps mentioned above are the best ways to boost your energy and improve your mood, health, and well-being. After pouring freezing water from head to toe, I feel I am still alive. After such a freezing shower, the feeling of tiredness and anxiety disappears. Moreover, most people living in broadly defined Western countries do not know that the organism usually wants to sleep after eating. I conclude it because most people eat regularly, every few hours. Many of them are sleepy. Still, they do not know why. I was not an exception. I was also frequently much more exhausted.
