The title of this text is my quotation from the post entitled “30 kg,” which I wrote on the 8th of March, 2025.
The current text I wrote was on the 18th of July, 2025. Did something change in four months? No. I still do not have any specific plans or expectations regarding rucking. I would say I have a similar issue with street photography. I also do not have any expectations except to do it until my death or as long as my health lets me do it. The same is with rucking. I believe I will be doing this tremendous, but also challenging, activity until my health lets me do it. Undoubtedly, I do not plan how many heavyweights I will be able to carry within the next months or years.
For today, my record is walking with 37.5 kg, and I do not have plans to increase this weight in the near future.
I think it would be enough for me in a minimal period of a couple of months. Do I plan to look like Arnold Schwarzenegger thanks to rucking? No, I do not have such plans. Undoubtedly, after eleven months of rucking (I started doing it in August 2024), I look much better than before. I gained muscles, and it is simply visible.
Nevertheless, I do not aim to look like Arnold.
I do not want to take any steroids to increase my muscle mass unnaturally. How do I know I look more robust? Did my beloved Kamilka tell me? Yes, but she was not the only one. I remember that in February 2025, one of the guys came to me on the street as he was amazed by my biceps (yes, I cannot explain it, but my biceps also increased since I started doing rucking). Of course, it was truly cold, but I was exposing my body to the cold by wearing summer clothes in the middle of winter.
