Today (I wrote this text on the 20th of December, 2025), I finished reading Dostoyevsky’s letters for the second time in my life.
The first time happened in 2013. Twelve years later, at the beginning of August 2025, I started reading them for the second time. As we see, it took me five months to complete this reading. Was it worth doing? Yes, of course. I recalled many things, thanks to which I saw (and still see) the Russian writer as one of the greatest minds who ever stomped on this planet. For one of the examples, we can see my post from the past entitled “Seventeen Trees.” Does it mean that I started to love Russia? No.
I love Poland, and I still keep my fingers crossed for Ukraine in their battle against the Russian troops…
I mean trolls. Am I afraid of the possible war against Russia? No. As of today, I do not plan to go to the army. Still, if the Russian trolls invade my homeland and if the army calls me up, I will go to fight for my country. If commanders send me to the warfare, I will go there. We, the Poles, should not be afraid of the Russian trolls. These are Russian troops who have to be afraid of crossing the Polish border.
If they come here, undoubtedly, we will kick the Russian asses farther away than the Ural mountains.
Russians cannot harm us. They won’t defeat us. They will lose sooner than they would expect. I was supposed to write this text about Fyodor Dostoyevsky’s letters, but I finished my writing about the potential invasion of the Russian trolls into Poland. That’s the way it is. I am not afraid of Russia, and I feel that most of the Poles are not afraid of the potential Russian invasion. We are prepared for war.
