Today, I will write some thoughts on inspirations.
Today (I wrote this text on the 11th of November, 2025, during the Polish Independence Day), while walking and doing street photography without a heavy burden on my back and shoulders, but wearing summer clothes in frigid temperatures (it was 7 degrees Celsius [44.6 degrees Fahrenheit]), I felt many thoughts and insights flow into my mind, out of nowhere. I remember that after scribing the 2nd (out of a total of 4) inspiration for my blog, I told myself I did not want them, because I wanted to walk lightly and quickly, and see the mundane reality of Warsaw in daylight rather than standing and staring at my phone and writing my insights.
Then, several steps later, out of nowhere, another thought appeared in my mind that I knew I should write down to have for my future texts.
I knew that without writing, my ideas could quickly dissolve and be forgotten and lost forever. That’s why I decided to note them. Some of these inspirations were related to the set of pictures I have had in mind and planned for a long time, but I still haven’t prepared them (their titles are “Wilderness” and “Selfie”). I believe that a dead bird lying on the street sparked some of my insights. I think I will return to this topic in my work “Wilderness,” but as of today, I won’t write too much about it. While writing all these things, I realized I hadn’t prepared and published any set of pictures in 2025.
Was the reason for it that I didn’t have any ideas?
I have ideas. Others, besides those mentioned above, are “Mazek in Color” or “Inspired by Google.” For some of the works mentioned above, I already have texts and for some pictures. Nevertheless, mainly due to my professional work in the office, I simply do not have the time to compile and finish all these works. I am unsure if I will be able to do it in 2025, but the potential for their completion adds a sense of anticipation to my creative journey.
