It’s time to sleep, because tomorrow (I wrote this text on the 12th of December, 2025) I will be doing street photography.
How happy I am that there is a weekend in front of me. It will be a time when I will have time not only for longer sleep, but also for my beloved Kamilka and my passion: doing street photography, writing, managing this blog, and reading at the forefront. I cannot wait to sleep for at least ten hours. Then, after waking up at 12 a.m., perhaps I will take a quick shot of coffee (or not), and I will add additional barbell plates to my rucksack (so that it will weigh 37.5 kg [83 lbs]). Then, I will brush my teeth, put on the www.adammazek.com t-shirt, shorts, and sneakers, take a camera in my hand, go out of the house, and enjoy the mundane, grey, cold reality that awaits me.
During the last week I was in Brok.
That’s why I did not do the classic (for me) street photography as I do while being in Warsaw. Also, because the days are really short in Poland in December, and the daylight is practically disappearing at 3 p.m., I rarely have the possibility to do street photography after my office job. Luckily, there will be a relatively long (lasting five days) Christmas break in the second part of December. During that time, I also plan to meet my beloved parents in Brok town and do street photography on Warsaw’s streets. In general, I am tired, but I am also happy. I am happy, because I live. Even if life is not easy, I simply cannot wait to lie down in bed, sleep, and after waking up, stick to the plan provided above. I will stop writing. It’s time to sleep. I love this activity!
