Last time I figured out to what activity I can compare managing this blog. The Doors‘ famous song, “Light my fire,” inspired me to write this post.
The funny thing is that it came to my mind while writing the post regarding North Sentinel Island. For me, writing all my posts, publishing them, and in general – managing this site is comparable to making a fire with stones.
After the first inefficient moves of hands, without any result, we cannot give up. Later on, when there is still a lack of good outcomes, do not resign from your life goals. You still want to light the fire. While making a fire, the single sparks appear nearby craftsman hands. I imagine those flashes as the individual posts which I already published. I started in September 2017. In the beginning, I was posting every five days. Later (that is during January 2018), I have been adding posts every four days. Now I hope to maintain the three-day cycle. For me, all these activities are comparable to making the fire by stones, as I mentioned before. The first hits were timid, but the more I hit one flint with others, the more sparks appear, so the more posts are already published. The more flares I will create, the higher the possibility that I will manage to make a bonfire.
I do not want to make a bonfire to burn the surroundings.
I want to do that to illume my path of life. To warm up inner myself. I want to spot the direction of my passion. It should help me with indicating this course. Moreover, my dream is to empower others to do the same. I believe that every newborn human possesses eternal, divine inner light. It depends on many factors, whether in his adult life, this flame will be cared for or whether it will fade out and maybe go out entirely. I think that everyone deserves their light of fire strictly connected with passion. Such kind of fire should ease our lives. What is more, I genuinely believe that we all can inspire each other and give some directions regarding our passion.
My dream is to possess a burning torch (lighted by previously mentioned sparks) to give a direction to myself, my loved ones, and the society as a whole. To be clear, I do not want to say which direction you should choose. I want to make you aware that you have a choice from a lot of different paths in your life. I believe that photography (or art as a whole) is one of the best tools to inspire and empower each other.
