My defects, despite using intermittent fasting and exposing my body to the cold, have remained.
I wrote many times on the www.adammazek.com website that intermittent fasting (I eat not earlier than 7 p.m.) and exposing my body to frigid temperatures (by taking cold showers and walking in summer clothes in freezing temperatures) helped with many issues (e.g., I feel more energized, robust and confident). Nevertheless, my defects did not disappear. They are still here with me. Undoubtedly, they won’t leave me until the end of my life. I am not a demigod. Like everyone else, I also have my own flaws.
Nevertheless, after starting intermittent fasting and exposing my body to cold, I realized my defects are more dormant, less visible, and less noticeable than before.
I encouraged and recommended many times to start intermittent fasting and exposing one’s body to coldness. I still want to do it. Still, today (I wrote this text on the 7th of October, 2023), I want to stress that all these things won’t solve all your problems, my Dear Friend. They can make you stronger but won’t make you a better human. Defects will stay with you (unless you eliminate or minimize them yourself). Of course, you can also forget everything I write on my blog and follow your way. Perhaps it is one of the best things you can do for yourself.
If something works for me, it does not mean it will suit you.
I am only a human with many defects and flaws. The truth is that I do not know the universal truth about many aspects of human lives. I would like to be Superman with otherworldly powers, without imperfections. I do not believe there are any possibilities to eliminate our weaknesses and become a demigod. Even freezing one’s body and fasting won’t make us Superman.
