Newborn man

After every photographic walk, I feel like a newborn man.

For me, it is a kind of phenomenon. Every time I am getting back to my house, I feel that I am reborn, once again in my life. Probably most of us know that a physical effort produces endorphins in our body. I am convinced that it is this hormone responsible for this kind of phenomenal feeling. The fact is that when I get back from my photo walk, I feel not only as a newborn man. I also sense a katharsis feeling. It is a feeling of spiritual purification and purgation of emotions. It makes me feel that my soul is being renewed and restored. Similar feelings I also possessed after coming back from the swimming pool. I already wrote that I was regularly swimming between 2011 and 2018. Thus, I know that a feeling of being a newborn man is strictly connected with physical efforts.

Nevertheless, I want to stress that I feel like a newborn, also after writing a new post.

I am convinced that the state of artistic euphoria in my soul is not connected only with a physical effort, but also with a broadly defined creative state of mind. When I am creating something new, whether it is fresh, unique content for my website, or a subsequent copy of my “Diaries,” I feel similar euphoria like being after my photo walk. I love this kind of feeling. I want it more and more.

Am I addicted to it? Probably yes, but this kind of addiction is not something terrible, I believe.

I wish you, my Dear Friend, to possess a similar types of feelings in your mind and body. If you do not know what I mean, go out and start to take pictures. Or, you can create something new. I am convinced that a feeling of being a newborn man will also come to your mind, body, and soul.
