I wrote this text on the 14th of February, 2026. It was a day when I did not know what I wanted to write. After all, nothing spectacular happened in my life during the last months or even years.
Does it mean I am sad or that I feel my life is boring? Contrary. I love my life. Even though nothing spectacular is happening in it, it does not mean that internally I do not live. I create, read, write, and take photos on Warsaw’s streets (for example, today, I took over 120 pictures after taking 10k steps, having a rucksack on my back and shoulders that weighed almost 30 kg [66 lbs]); thus, I feel I live 100% of my mind, body, and soul. I feel it. Even if I do not have any dazzling successes in my professional life (remember, my Dear Friend, that I work in a broadly defined finance area) or that I did not have any profound successes in my creative hobby (e.g., I haven’t won any contest or have not had any photographic exhibition), I feel I live fully.
Regarding the photographic exhibition, the last time I thought about whether I wanted it was.
The conclusions were simple: I do not want it. In September 2023, I had a proposition to have a photographic exhibition (it would be my third one; the first was in 2018 and the second in 2019). Still, I rejected it. Two and a half years later, nothing had changed. I still do not want it. I do not know why, but I simply feel I do not need it. Fame is vain. I do not care how many people will read my blog during my lifetime. That’s how it looks as of today. Also, I do not expect or predict that something outstanding will happen in my life in the near future. No news is good news.
