Resist your resistance.

Once you have writer’s block, resist your resistance and focus on what your thoughts tell you.

If you think about writer’s block and that you cannot write the first word, which is always the hardest one, write that you cannot start. By doing it, you will resist your resistance, and you will have a topic to write about. I believe that such an approach can help you easily, and you will see that while writing about writer’s block, you will suddenly move to another topic, because your mind will already be in its creative flow. I would name an artistic state of mind.

The truth is that I love this state of mind.

I love it when the flow of words comes through my mind into the written words on the virtual paper. Well, I do not like moments when I feel I do not have anything special to say. I know that I have always had something unique to communicate, even though I know that 100% of my thoughts cannot simply escape my mind and be transformed into written words.

Of course, oftentimes I repeat myself.

That’s the way it is. I am only a human, not a writing machine powered by AI. I want to say something special each time I write. Still, it is simply impossible. I love it when sparks of genius sometimes bristle in my head so that I can develop my ideas into something new and share them with the world. Resist your resistance, my Dear Friend, by writing literally what pops up out of your mind. This is how I wrote this text, because I did not know what I wanted to write. After all, it was already late evening on Monday, the 16th of March, 2026, when I came back from my office job after working for eight hours. While returning, I took 14k steps and took over one hundred pictures. I think it was a great result.
