When I am rested, I can write one text within twenty minutes.
On the other hand, when I am sleepy, I can write one post within one hour or even more. I am only human. I am not a writing machine. The truth is that I have had better and worse periods in my life, like all other people. Sometimes I am close to resigning from writing one post daily. I would say that I sometimes, indeed, have a crisis. What do I do when such thoughts appear in my mind? I do not close my eyes because I would fall asleep. What I do is try to focus on the flow of my thoughts. By doing it, this post appeared. The idea for today (I wrote this text on the 21st of September, 2022) is that when I am relaxed, e.g., during weekends, the post-writing process takes me less time.
On the other hand, there are many days when I wake up at 6 a.m., take a cold shower, go to my office job, do street photography after work, and get back to my beloved Kamilka and our kitty Azorek at 7 p.m.
It is a moment of my day when I can hug Kamilka, stroke Azorek, nap, read, eat, rest, or write a new text. The last activity is often the last thing I do before I go to sleep. Writing this text is not an exception. After finishing it, I will go to brush my teeth and sleep. Sometimes I would like to receive accurate advice on how to sleep, regarding how many hours I should rest and when I should go to sleep. If I knew how to do it, I would undoubtedly do it like I do intermittent fasting. Speaking shortly: I do not eat before 7 p.m. and avoid eating processed food and sweets as much as possible.
