I decided to write this text so that if someone searches for “Street Photography Warsaw” on Google, they will find my website. Let’s see if this magic happens!
For me, walking, rucking, and, last but not least, street photography —it’s all about exploring. Today (I wrote this text on the 26th of October, 2025), I was walking (I took 10k steps), rucking (with a rucksack which weighed 37.5 kg [83 lbs]), and doing street photography (I took over 150 pictures). I felt I was exploring the same streets (I was doing street photography in my Mokotów district) for the umpteenth time. Luckily, again, I felt I was moving on these streets for the first time. I had a childish curiosity while doing it. I think that, in my case, doing street photography is a never-ending story.
I want to be a prolific street photographer until the end of my life, or at least when my health lets me do it.
Today, we switched our daylight saving time to standard time. It means that the season for doing street photography straight after my office job is officially closed. During the next few months, I won’t be able to do street photography as frequently as I would like to. Does it mean I am sad? Only a little bit. In general, I try not to be angry about the things I cannot control. I know I will be focusing more on reading and writing during these dark and cold Fall/Winter days.
Of course, I plan to also walk in summer clothes in frigid temperatures (I was doing it today, but the temperature was not as cold as I would like to – “only” 12 degrees Celsius [53 degrees Fahrenheit]). I think I’ve written enough for today. I am getting sleepy. Now, let’s see what the “Street Photography Warsaw” phrase shows on Google after publishing a post with this text.
