I wrote this post on the 29th of March, 2021, which is during my 36th birthday.
Am I sad that I am getting older? No. I am glad that I managed to live 36 years with peace, happiness, and harmony in my heart. I do not feel old. The truth is that I somehow perceive that the older I am, the younger I feel. How is this possible? Well, I do not know exactly. I suppose that it is strictly connected with self-consciousness. I am getting to know better my mind, body, and soul, year by year. While being 36 years old, I must confess that for three months, I have using intermittent fasting (I eat only between 7 p.m. and 12 p.m.). By adding that I do not eat sugar and avoid processed food, I want to state that I have never felt better in my life.
Now I know that regarding eating less is more.
I had to wait until my 36th birthday to realize that I cannot ask myself what I should do to feel better. It is an improper question. To start to feel better, we should ask ourselves what we should stop doing. First of all, I would recommend giving up alcohol, cigarettes, and other shitty drugs. Then, I would encourage you to stop eating sugar and processed food (or avoid it as much as possible).
Last but not least, I honestly recommend starting intermittent fasting. Believe me, my Dear Friend, that if you want to feel better, there is no better option for you to do that. Please do not ask what you should eat, but how often you should do it. Your digestive system must also take a rest and the rest of the energy your organism would use appropriately so that you will start to feel better in both the short and long term. These were pieces of advice given by the 36-year-old who never felt better than today.
