There are a lot of kinds of transportation. I used almost all of them, but I have my favorite.
I wanted to write this post about how I daily get to the office for my job. The main kind of transportation which I use is my car. Do I love my car? I’ve already written about it in one of my previous posts. How can we get to the office in a big city? Of course, there is public transportation (e.g., subway). For many people, it is the best and sometimes the only way to reach their place of work. I rarely use this kind of transport. Why?
Because, at a time when everyone is riding, be it by car, bike, public transportation, or on a scooter, I walk. I try to walk as much as possible.
While walking, I take pictures during my way. I know that walking on foot is very healthy. It strengthens the muscles of most of our bodies, including the brain. Also, I believe that walking is much underrated. A lot of people do not want to walk. They avoid this activity. The fact is that they do not know how much harm they do to themselves.
Primordial kind of transportation, by foot, is something about which most people forgot that this kind of movement brings us a lot of positive vibes.
Of course, by writing all these things, I have on my mind mainly people living in broadly defined Western, highly-developed civilization countries, including Poland. In emerging countries, the transportation issue is a theme for a probably different blog post.
Today, I want to stress that walking on foot and taking pictures is one of the enjoyable hobbies which I ever had. While doing that, I know that I develop not only my muscles but also my imagination. Thus, when I cannot go to the office by car, I choose walking. I finish writing now. I want to go out, take a walk and see what my mundane surroundings will bring to me.
