I wrote this text on the 5th of April, 2026. It was a day when I felt the enveloping sun in my second home in Brok.
Today, together with my beloved Parents, we went on a walk to a healing forest in Brok. While walking, we felt that spring was knocking on our doors. It was felt mainly due to the enveloping sun: it was so blissful to feel the warmth that I had to write a text about it, even though for most people, it is obvious that they love to expose their bodies to warm sun. In my case, it is not so obvious. After all, if you read my blog regularly, my Dear Friend, you know that I love exposing my body to cold by taking cold showers and walking in summer clothes in frigid temperatures. In general, I do not need warm sun to be content. Still, I feel that after a long and dark winter, I simply had to feel the enveloping sun.
I love life. I love all four seasons (luckily, it is early spring, and long days are still ahead of us!).
I love not only fall and winter when I can easily expose my body to cold by walking in summer clothes (including the adammmazek.com t-shirts), but I also love spring and summer when the days are so long that I can take photos on Warsaw’s streets for many hours. I have some thoughts about the upcoming months. I am thinking if I won’t increase the length of my photo walk by:
1) leaving the heavy rucksack at home;
2) taking a book to read while resting on a bench or at a cafe bar;
3) at a cafe bar, having a coffee while taking a break, reading.
I do not know what the future holds.
Still, the period of 11-13 March 2026, when I had an unexpected break at my office job, provided me with some clues of what some of the photo walks could be like during Spring and Summer. If I realize my plans, undoubtedly, I would write about it, in more detail, in the future. As of now, I cannot wait for another day with the enveloping sun.
