Today (I wrote this text on the 28th of April, 2026), I will write about the journey to the Unknown.
Am I going somewhere? Am I going to the Unknown country or city? Undoubtedly, each life is a journey to the unknown. Also, each new day is a mystic, enigmatic voyage. During the spring and summer period, practically every day I wake up curious if I am able to go outside today to do street photography. Undoubtedly, this creative activity became my obsession. Luckily, today, I managed to take over 13k steps and take 100 photos. I was doing it straight after my office job. Also, I carried 30 kg (66 lbs) of burden on my back and shoulders. After returning home, I felt alive. I felt as if I had returned from a journey to a distant place. Indeed, each photo walk is, again, a trip to the unknown.
The truth is that even if I know the places where I go, I know my thoughts can always go to the strange place in my mind and imagination, so that I could say I was tripping while totally sober.
Walking, carrying heavy weights (we call this exercise rucking), and taking pictures of the mundane reality are things that constantly fuel my passion for more and more. I feel I am addicted to all these things. Undoubtedly, it is much better to be addicted to such things rather than to drinking alcohol or smoking shitty things. I do not want to stop. I want to go my own way. I would name this way a creative one. I want to take pictures, write, and manage my blog until the final days of my life or until my health lets me do it. I will go to sleep. Tomorrow I will have another journey to the unknown!
